Implementation and Master Plan Integration Workshops
At the conclusion of the proposed Study, MLL will conduct a series of workshops designed to assist the staff in making the most efficient and effective use of the study results. These "Implementation Workshops" are designed as follows:
- Interpretation Workshop: MLL will devote a half-day session to conducting an in-depth presentation of the study results to the staff. This presentation will focus on interpreting the survey data, explaining the basis for MLL's conclusions and recommendations and answering any questions that the staff may have about the final report.
- Goal-Setting Workshop: MLL will provide a full-day workshop for staff members to assist them in the interpretation and integration of the recommendations made in the need assessment study. These recommendations will be refined and made more specific so that they will support the overall strategic goals of the agency. Each staff member attending the workshop will receive a personal workbook that will assist him or her with the process of implementing the objectives for which they are responsible.
- Public Presentation: MLL will provide the agency with a public presentation package that summarizes the results of the study. MLL will develop a series of overhead projection materials describing the methodology of the study and providing a general overview of the study's conclusions and recommendations. MLL will also provide the agency with an "Executive Summary" of the final report that can be disseminated to the general public.

Retrospective Review
Approximately six to nine months after MLL presents its final report, MLL staff will meet with the staff to conduct a
review of the agency's progress with respect to the recommendations from the study. MLL will spend a full day with agency staff, reviewing the action plans developed for each cluster group and assisting the staff in identifying any
existing or potential problems that may hinder the accomplishment of stated goals and objectives.
